Exchanges only
We offer exchanges only — we do not accept returns or give refunds. If a design is not what you expected, you can swap it for another available design.
You have 10 days
Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. After 10 days we can no longer accept the item.
Condition of the item
The item must come back exactly as it was received: unworn, unwashed, with no defects, no snags, no stitching damage, no stains and no smell. Items that show use cannot be exchanged.
How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp (+961 76 836 896) with your order name, the design you received and the design you want instead. We will arrange the swap with our delivery partner.
Delivery
Delivery is $5 anywhere in Lebanon and orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery fees for an exchange are not refundable.
